Beaches in Grand Cayman

Are there any good places to spend a day at the beach in Grand Cayman? Probably looking for somewhere that has a restaurant/bar, changing area, beach chairs (would be nice).... Want to avoid really crowded places -- i.e. cruise ship crowds. Thanks!

7 Mile beach is a public beach, but there are many access points. We stayed at the Comfort Suites and there is an entrance there, they have a pool (which you could probably use if you blended in with the guests, they don't check), and they have a pool bar/restaurant(great Conch chowder!) and the restrooms are right inside the backdoor of the hotel, so you could slip in there.
There are facilities somewhere on 7 Mile Beach, but I'm not sure where they are. The cruise lines have tours that go there, you pay admission.

we walked to 7 mile beach and hung out beware of the sun its a scorcher, and there are rocks out from the beach that you cant see. but you just walk out and find a nice spot, but its a walk and there are tons of places to eat from nice restaurants to burger king and kfc.
