Costa Maya shore excursions

First time cruiser. ?? about RCCL shore excursion at Costa Maya to Chacchoben Mayan Ruins, Kohunlich Mayan Ruins, Chetumal Mayan Ruins and Spanish Fort, Oxtankah Mayan Ruins and Chetumal. Any recommendations? How much time spent on the bus?
Would you recommend some other tour in this area?

welcome to Cruise-Chat. I just returned from Costa Maya, and if you are going to visit the ruins - this is a good port to do it. Chaccoben is about an hour away. I am not sure how long the bus ride, but I know that both Kohunlich and Oxtankah are farther south. If you are looking for a comprehensive and more extensive ruins experience, Kohunlich or Oxtankah would probably be your best choices. Kohunlich is the best known. Consider Chacchoben as a "Mayan Ruin Light" experience. I believe that Chetumal is a Mayan Museum and not a ruins visit.
