Belize and Costa Maya Excursions

Hi!

Just wondering if anyone has done the following excursions and if so what your opinion was.

Belize - Private Island Beach Break (if anyone has done this do you know how long you actually get at the beach).

Costa Maya - ATV Explorer & Beach Adventure (do you know if when riding you are all in one straight line hardly going fast or do you get to kind of go at your own speed on your own). Also, if you stay downtown as they say you can is the beach right there and is it easy to get cabs back.

Yes, the beach is right on the main road through the town of Majuhual (Costa Maya downtown) and taxis are readily available to return you to the port. Actually, the main road through town is nothing more than a dirt road that follows the coastline - but, I mush prefer it to the sterile and "cruise ship manufactured" port of Costa Maya itself.

In Belize, we took the Shark/ray alley snorkel trip, and it was amazing. The snorkeling was better than the Florida Keys IMHO. After the dive, they take you to Ambergris key for lunch, and you can do some shopping or hang on the beach. I spent a lot of time at the Shark Bar drinking belikin beer and enjoying the scenery.
