Martha Brae River Rafting?

Has anyone ever taken the Martha Brae River Raft excursion in Ocho Rios?
The excursion book states actual rafting time is 1 hr & 30 min but the total excursion time is 4 hrs & 30 mins. Does it take 3 hrs on a bus to
get there and back again? Is this a good excursion? I already have done the Falls and looking for another option. Any info would be helpful.
