I enjoyed 7 mile beach, and the wrecks that we snorkled/dove on near where the tender docks. I'm not a big shopper, but they do have some good gem shopping there. Hope this helps.
This past september we had booked a tour in grand cayman and found out the night before that it was sold out...we got off the boat and took a taxi to the butterfly farm...I wasnt that thrilled to be doing that until i got there...IT was beautiful and definitely something i wouldnt see at home.....
Swimming with the sting rays is the absolute best. We brought our underwater camera and the photos were awesome. You can't believe how they come right up to you and feed from your hands. They are very tame. All of the people on our tendered excursion know them by name. They even picked them up and lay them on your back for a backrub. I would do that in a heartbeat when we go back. Grand Cayman was my favorite island ever. Make sure you get some conch fritters at one of the many restaurants near where the ships dock.
Hello. Our favorite excursion has been the helicopter ride over Grand Cayman. It was awesome. We flew all around the island, then circled over the Freedom, our ship. Wow, it was incredible. Expensive, but incredible. Lil' Lori
