Does anyone know a good tour company - I'm looking to do a island tour then off to the beach. I was thinking I might do Stingray City - but that will just take up to much of our time.

Captain Marvin's short tour to the sting ray's is on only about 2 1/2 hours. There was plenty of time after that for shopping, beach, lunch or etc.
