can you recommend a good book on Eastern Caribbean ports of call?

We'll be on the Emerald Princess (12 of us, 8 adults, 4 kids - ages 3-16) for 10 days starting March 2008. Last time we went on a cruise, I got a great book that helped us to plan what to do in the ports of call. Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar book that would cover these ports:
Princess Cays, Bahamas
St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands
St. Kitts
Barbados
St. Lucia
Antiqua

I'll be with my husband, 3.5 year old son, and 7 year old daughter, plus in laws. So stuff that helps us plan with the kids would be great!

My two personal favorite travel guide books are Fodor's and Frommer's, available at your local library. I usually look both books over first, figure out which one best fits our needs, and then purchase it.
