Black Beard vs. Cabbage Beach

I was reading an online review about Nassau and someone mentioned Black Beard Beach. I pretty much had my mind made up on Cabbage Beach beside the Atlantis. Any opinions on the two? I've never been to either, just going on word of mouth.

I have always recomended Blue Lagoon, but apparently is closed except the dolphin swim. I have been to Cabbage beach 2 or 3 times and is easy to get to and pretty nice. Plus you can see Atlantis and just walk down. Taxis always wait at the bottom of the hill to take you back to the ship.
