If you are referring to the bioluminescent kayak tour - it is a "MUST DO" - One of the most phenomenal experiences of my travels!

What cruise line are you sailing? Is this a ship offered tour or something you found on your own? How late will you be staying in PR? The reason I ask all these questions is there a couple of different bioluminescent experiences so I want to make sure I am providing details on the right excursion?

i am on carnival truimph. they said it is 1 and 1/2 hour drive to get there, so that is 3 hours of just driving

any information on the carnival truimph kayak tour in PR. We arrive at 5 pm and it is a 5 hour tour with transportation 1 1/2 hours each way. Dis anyone go on it before and is it worth it?

The Bioluminescent Bay is on the other side of Puerto Rico from where the ships dock. While I did this excursion on my own from the island of Vieques (an out island off PR), you will be obviously going to the nature reserve's lagoon in El Faro (it is one of the 3 bioluminescent bays in PR). Having named this one of the most memorable excursions of my travels - it is WELL worth the $79 cost and the time required to get there. By all means, "GO for it"!
