Calica Vrs. Belise

On our last Carvival Cruise, we sailed to Calica (Just south of Cancun). It was great. We mainly liked the shopping, both at the dock and in Playa.

On this cruise (Jan 20) we are going to Belize City, Belize. We have never been there. We are hoping for a simular experience that we found in Calica, especially the native shopps and bargening.

Any information would help.

Stopped at Belize, on our cruise, very poor place but people were friendly, didn't do a whole lot of shopping, weather was very warm.
