Through Carnival there are 2 different tours to Playa Del Sol. One is the Fiesta Party Boat (does this include drinks while you are at Play del Sol and food) and the Playa Del Sol Beach Break...Does that one include food and drinks? Or is it better to just grab a taxi and pay there?

The best way is to take a taxi to Playa San Francisco and then walk the short 1/2 mile down the beach to Playa Del Sol. They sell drink coupons at two separate booths in the main building (huge with a thatched roof) so that you can partake in the food and beverage if you would like. Playa Del Sol is a zoo! You might like Playa San Francisco better if you want to relax a bit.
