Hi, welcome to Cruise-Chat. If I could predict the weather I'd be able to buy my own cruise ship. September is still hurricane season. Weather is something you can't control so I don't worry about it. 90 percent of the time the weather is perfect.

Let's hope the weather will be perfect for your trip!

When speaking of weather; Does anybody know what the weather is like in the end of October in The Mediterranean ?

Absolutely prefect!
Late September-October is the best time to go. The Europeans are back to work, the kids are back in school, and the summer sizzle is gone.

sorry, I should have been more explicit: I was replying to JuniorCruiser's inquiry about the Mediterranean.
But now that I look at it, it really applies to your itinerary as well--except maybe for the hurricanes. But as Sonny says, you can't control it so don't worry about it.
Have a great trip.

Bad News: September is the peak of hurricane season.

Worse News: With La Nina forming in the Pacific, hurricane season is expected to be worse then normal.

However news: Last year the "experts" all predicted a terrble hurricane season and they were 100% hugely wrong, it was actually very quiet.

Bad However news: The quiet season was due to an unexpected El Nino. La Nina is the opposite of El Nino.

The reality: Even if a storm or two blows up in Sept, the cruise line will alter the itinerary, you will not be put in any danger. No storm will hit every Caribbean island, so I would go anyway since cruise prices in the fall are as low as the get.

I left on a cruise on September 11th last year and it was the smoothest cruise I have ever been on (and I've taken them all different times of the year).

Have Fun!!
