caribean ports what to do where to go

hi i am booking my parents on a cruise for their golden anniversary. they go to barbados, tortola, antigua, dominica. port of spain, grenada, st lucia, st maarten, port delgarda.
they can not afford many tours with the ship so would like info on which ports to take a tour and which is easy to get a taxi. They dont like heights and cant do hectic activity but like shops walks if not for miles beaches scenery and shopping could anyone give advice on any trips by taxi etc. Thanks
