Roatan/Belize Suggestions

I'm looking for suggestions for these 2 ports. 2 in our party have mobility issues and use the rollator walkers. In Roatan was thinking of the Semi-Submarine & West End Village tour and Belize Bacab Eco Park & Wild Wings Butterfly House. Not sure on the Belize tour if they will permit the walkers. I know at our Butterfly exhibit here in Houston, you can't take in strollers. Any help would be appreciated. Would like to do the cave tubing, but the walk to the river won't work.

We just returned from both ports. Roatan was an unexpected port change and it ended up being our favorite. We only had about four hours there and wish we would have had longer. When we arrived there was a huge line of taxis. We had one of the locals take us around the island. It was cheap, interesting and air conditioned. In Belize we did the Altun Ha/River Wallace Tour. They were both interesting and could be done with mobility issues, except for climbing the ruins, which most people in our group did not do anyway.
