They had a pool, restaurant/bar, tables with umbrellas and chairs, and a cool place to snorkel. You jumped in and the current slowly took you down the reef area. It was just really nice as it was not crowded at all.

I'm sure they've completed rebuilding by now, so it's probably not like it was.

Wish I could have went too. It's hard for me to leave work during our tourist season. Which is mainly when school is out. I'm sure I would have had a blast. Especially you, Jim, and me in the casino!

The one thing about Paradise Beach that is not very good is the snorkeling. It's really not suited for it at all. All else is great though.

We have never been to the Ocean Beach Club but we did do a day pass at an all-inclusive last year there while on the Freedom. We went to the Melia and it cost 50 pp. They made an excellant Dirty Monkey. The beach there is not much to write home about and there was a 1 hr time differance. We showed up at 830 and had their breakfast which was quite good. A good time was had by all.

We are going to go to Mr. Sanchos...

they have a limited all inclusive area (about $45 a day) and also have a brand new swim up bar and pool...quite a few options also...

I would love to got to PB and meet the famous Tom someday, but when I look at the pics, and see chairs lined up six inches apart...and I do not have kids, I just don't see it as a place I am interested in...now, if I take the grandkids it would be one of my first choices.

Jabee, my daughter and fiancee spent part of a day there and had the couples massage They said the beach was fairly small and there were, of course, the add ons that you can do while there. They enjoyed what they did partake of.
