Boss adventures in St Thomas

has anyone done this excursion. we saw it and thought it might be fun...at 130 bucks for 3 hrs I want to make sure it was something we would enjoy. We love snorkeling so that would be nice but the underwater cycles I would like some feedback on. Thanks
