Chefshaun....I agree with Beadbabe regarding the tours of the Mayan ruins....if you chose Altun Ha you will also get a tour of Belize City on your way out to the ruins. since there are no boats involved your spouse's fear of water will not be affected and she will travel with peace of mind! Enjoy, Belize is beautiful!!
