It does not have the "self guide snorkel trial" but the snorkeling was good. There is more sea grass there so there were supposed to be turtle sightings, but we did not see any. You can rent sea kayaks there as well as chairs and such if you want. They also have showers and toilets. So its worth the trip if you have already been to Trunk bay.

Thanks Jim, I'm probably going to give it a try in December. I hope the water is warm enough to snorkel. I've never been in December before.

Dwayne, I'm a weenie, so I wear a wet suit. Normally, I can handle the water temperatures in December with my short wet suit on, so I know you can Once in a while, I'll have to come back early, but normal people it doesn't seem to bother at all. The water is usually between 84-86 degrees.
