duty free in s. carribean??

which port has the best/ cheapest duty free, primarily for alcohol. scoth and/or liquor/liquer. st thomas, st kitts, aruba, curacao. i know st thomas has a lot, but is it the cheapest??

St Thomas. Also you can bring back up to five liters if you buy in St Thomas.
