Falmouth, Jamaica port close to Montego Bay???

Is this new RC port close to Montego Bay? I am looking to take a taxi to an all inclusive day pass resort-Sunset Beach Resort. Just wondering if anyone else has done this yet, and knows how far it is (taxi cost).

Its less than 20 miles, around 17 or 18. Don't know what cab fare would be, though.
