Agh I cant believe the temperature in Florida is 1 degree celcius today, please God someone tell me this is out of the ordinary and for my oasis cruise in three weeks time that it will all be 'better'!

It is unusual. It happens about once every 10 years. Things are going to warm up next week to more typical temperatures. -9 celsius at my house right now, in north Alabama. It is usually around 4 this time of year.

Oh dear, hopefully by three weeks time it will be ok. we have unprecedented weather here in Ireland at the moment, crazy we usually only get max 3 bad snowy days its been three weeks and looking like three more!

It may be cooler in Miami than normal, but remember your getting on a ship and will soon be in warm weather.

yes I guess Im just thinking if its cold in miami thats my whole eastern caribbean cruise ruined, but hopefully it would get better further out to sea

Don't worry, the weather in the islands is always a welcome relief to any temps in the US no matter when you go. You will be just cozy warm!
