Beaches in Limon & Colon?

We will be cruising to Panama & Costa Rica in February. My wife loves the beach and I was hoping some previous visitors to Colon & Limon might steer us toward some beaches close to the ports. Thanks! Papa

I hope someone will answer you papa55. It didn't seem like there were many options for those two stops when I booked the Panama Canal itinerary. I've had to push it to 2011 because it was just too expensive. I am really excited about going, though

In Limon you can take a short ride to the beach but cannot recall the name I think it is Bonita beach
we did the Torugua canal tour then ended at the beach for lunch at quimbamba bar
