Independent tours grand cayman

My DH and I are sailing on the Crown Feb 2011. We have been to Grand Cayman before but the last time there we had booked an excursion thru RCCL (which was cancelled due to bad weather). Looking into maybe hiring an independent to do things while in Grand Cayman.

Anyone know of a reputable company (other than picking some body when we get there) that we can book or at least check into

Depends on what you want to do. There are several good outfits for doing snorkeling, stingrays, diving.

Generally speaking, Shore Trips.com is highly regarded and can provide tours in both ports you have asked about.

I second Dave's recommendation on Shore Trips. Just be sure to read understand the cancellation policy.

Thank you that is a great tip I will check it out - we have an indenpendent in Roatan who came highly recommended thru another web site - so thought we should check out indenpendent for other ports

Fluffyterry, what are you doing and with whom (independent) if I may ask, we will be there in Feb 2011 and looking for alternatives.
