has anyone done the tiki hut tour on the floating raft? I was thinking of not booking it through the ship. Any ideas?

We've cruised to this island a lot and have not done that excursion - however, we have booked a few things on our own and had some scary moments (i.e - not really being what was portrayed, almost missing the ship) - for the few bucks you might save it's just not worth the risks
