Broken Venus Ring

After reading all of your responses I'm really getting nervous. My fiance purchsed the ring for me while in the bahamas in January. Today the centre stone fell out! I emailed the service centre and am waiting for a response. I really hope they can fix it. After reading all the disappointment most of you went through I don't have much expectations anymore about this designer. I'll keep you posted on what happens.
