Yes, there is small group trimaran snorkeling excursion and private charter snorkeling trips that can be booked through ShoreTrips. Try this link:

I have been looking at some also. Try cozumelcruiseexcursion.com. I also found some through Eagle Ray Divers I think. I haven't decided what to do myself. Anyone out there with some ideas?

I would suggest traveling down to Playa Palancar and then negotiating a boat out to Palancar reef. While it is a world-renowned dive spot, it also offers great snorkeling, but you do need to get there in a boat.

Have a great day in Cozumel.

I was in Cozumel about a year and went to Mr. Sanchos beach. I got a snorkel trip there and we went out to a reef. It was great. I am going back in April and plan to do the same thing.

Hi Susan,
Just got back from Mr. Sancho's about a week ago. I agree it is a great one-stop shop experience - they offer almost everything you would want right there.

Nancy, how would you compare Mr. Sanchos to Nachi-Cocum?

I keep thinking about Cozumel and can't wait until April. Ready to cruise. I am so excited about taking my friends to Mr. Sanchos.

Tom,
Nachi-Cocum is much more laid back and quiet than Mr. Sancho's and Nachi-Cocum is now charging a fee for the use of some of their facilities. I guess it depends on what kind of experience you are looking for. The beach and environment at Nachi-Cocum is more appealing, but there were more options, activities and a livelier crowd at Mr. Sancho's.
