Is the Mayan ruins worth the 1 hour drive in Costa Maya?

We visited Chachobben ruins in 2006. Our first cruise, our first Mayan ruins. It's not Tulum, but still great. Several pyramids, beautiful jungle setting. GREAT tour guides! We convinced our tour guide to stop the bus and purchase fresh pineapple from a roadside stand on the return trip...delicious!

We also visited the Chachobben ruins and we felt it was very much worth the ride.
