Barbados - Jolly Roger

I will be taking a cruise with Carnival Spirit in March 2003 and one of our ports is Barbados. I have read mixed reviews of the Jolly Roger and "topless" antics, but our 2 daughters really want to go on this excurions, walk the plank, etc. Since I am bringing my teens along on this cruise, I was wondering if anyone had experienced this excursion and if you have any suggestions for other excursions if someone doesn't feel they want to partake in this scene. Thanks.

Took the Jolly Roger cruise in April 2001. Had a great time. Never saw any topless antics, but a lot of people who were feeling no pain. Our traveling friends didn't wake up after a nap until 3:00 a.m. next morning. I think it would be OK for your daughters, just keep an eye on them as the liquor flows freely. Have a nice cruise.

My husband did this tour and never mentioned anyone topless. Even saw a video of it on the ship. But it was a party ship and not something I would book my daughter on.
