Hi everyone! I'm heading out on the Spirit in a few weeks and I'd like to shoot off just a few emails mid-week in the most cost-effective way possible.
I was thinking I'd put my iPhone in "airplane mode" to make sure I don't unwittingly receive calls or data, then draft emails on the phone without being connected, then connect to the ship's wi-fi for the fee to send them all at once.
Any flaws in this thinking? I've been reading all sorts of stuff on other sites and it seems like the consensus is that this would work, though of course ship wi-fi is slow.
And I was wondering if anyone knew of free wi-fi in any of the ports. We'll be at Costa Maya, Cozumel, Santo Tomas and Belize City.
Any info would be much appreciated!
