Dunn's River Falls and Rafting in Montego Bay

Hi, Has anyone done the Dunn's River Falls 'Express' or 'Tour'. Will we be eaten alive with mozzies in the forests?
Also, the rafting looks good but I thought I'd read some negative comments about it but can't seem to find them now. Any advice please? We are 2 families in our early 40's with kids ranging from 12 to 17. Are the above trips suitable? Thanks, Julie

Never done the express or tour but I have climbed the Dunn's River and it is exciting.

The falls are worth the trip.

Julie, we have done Dunn's twice, once on a cruise and then with relatives when we stayed at an all inclusive. It's an experience and be sure that everyone has water shoes as it can be slippery and does make it alot easier on the feet. As far as the rafting thing, we have done the River Brae in Jamaica. We had our own raft and handler. It took all of an hour or more and we did see beautiful sites and flora and fauna. They try to sell you several times toward the end of the rafting. Their were very little white water on this river. Enjoy !
