Has anyone used shoretrips.com for booking shore excursions? What was your experience?

I used ShoreTrips last December for a snorkeling excursion in Majahual (Costa Maya). This was the first time I had not booked an excursion with a cruise line and everything was wonderful. This excursion was exactly as advertised and they went out ot their way to make it a great experience. I recall the prices were not a lot less than HAL but we had just four of us in the boat and plenty of time to snorkel.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Shoretrips.com. They are reliable, provide excellent, personalized service and easy to work with.

Very reputable site. They work with travel agents and I have been very happy with them.

I have checked them out several times over the years, however, we always decided to do something else. Their rates, although lower than the cruise lines, are still higher than other tour companies. Further, I gather they are contracting with the tour operators, much like the cruise lines.

Guess I am old fashioned, I enjoy booking directly with the tour operator or renting a car/cab for the time we are in port.
