I'm new to this board. so I hope this gets where I want it!
We have been to Cozumel twice. We stayed at the Reef Club for two weeks last year, and we were back for a day on a cruise this Feb. There is only one road around the island so you can't really get lost. We get a taxi driver when we go. We find one that has good English and negotiate a fee with him. He stays with us and takes us to points and bars of interest. We enjoy the bar called Coconuts. There is a cute resident iguana called Elvis. We have never had a problem with the "revenge". I have a sensitive systm my huband tells me, but using common sense as previously mentioned works well for me. We enjoy drinks and snacks all along the way. Go have a blast.
