XEL-HA PARK?

Whats everyones experience with the XEL-HA PARK...i see snorkeling and everything...is it worth the price? What do people think?

The snorkeling is awesome! We did a Tulhum/Xel-ha trip w/lunch. The ruins in Tulhum were totally impressive, however, the snorkeling in Xel-ha ruled. The ship served us lunch at Xel-ha. It was a clean park with a few shops where they would barter with you. Didn't do any of the other water sports, but there was a post that the tubing was great. Personally, I think it is well worth the money. Enjoy your cruise!

If you enjoy snorkeling, tubing, and swimming you will enjoy Xel-ha. We were there in April and had a great time. Don't forget to allow some time to explore some of the trails.
There is a dolphin encounter there, but you will probably need reservations for that before you go (there is an extra fee for this). Even if you don't swim with the dolphins, allow sometime to watch the other people interacting with them. I have a great picture of 3 dolphins jumping over the heads of 5 swimmers there.
