Grand Cayman car rental

Has anyone rented a car in Grand Cayman? If so, can you only rent from the port area or have you rented a car at the airport? The cars from the airport are about 1/2 the cost for a big car. I am just trying to weigh out whether it is worth it to get a taxi to the airport or maybe just rent 2 small cars at the port which will probably be equally a pain. Any suggestions with this?

If you rent a car there don't forget to drive on the left side of the road. Takes some getting used to and they drive like maniacs there.

I had seen the left handed driving thing which will be a bit scary. I didn't know they drive crazy there, though. Oh boy! One more thing to look forward to! Anyone out there rent from the port or airport?

You can get cars at the airport, not sure on the cost.
