Sapphire is beautiful, especially if you don't want the crowds. I've never been to Coki, tryed to get there a few months ago when we spent a week in St. Thomas and St. John. I was fortunate enough to spend almost a whole day at Sapphire because of our dear Penny3333's great reccommondation. It was great and the snorkeling was pretty good too. We sat in the shade under some lovely Casurina trees. I believe the wait for the food at the newly reopened restaurant there was due to the fact that it's got new owners. I saw the restaurant and gift shop for sale in a Realtor's magazine. Should have bought it!
