TOUR COMPANIES IN SAN JUAN????

Are there any tour companies that you'd recommend in San Juan to do excursions such as Bio Bay, Rainforest, etc? We are a small group sailing on Destiny December 11 but many of us will be arriving 3 days early to partake in San Juan/sightsee. Many months ago I read of a tour company that many of you used that i thought would be perfect for us but when I contacted him, he informed me that he will be closing up shop and moving back to the states by December. Who else would you guys recommend?
