Where to eat in Grand Cayman and Cozumel

Anyone have some strong recommendations for dining in Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We're looking for a "do not miss" place.

There is a restaurant in Cozumel called "La Choza". I don't know the current condition of it since Wilma hit, but it is fabulous. The food is authentic Mexican and is absolutely delicious. Also, I understand that Jeanie's Waffle House was hit kind of hard, but they have the best pancakes and waffles I've EVER tasted.
