We will be leaving 4/28/07 on Carnival Glory, what excursions should we take or is there any areas that we MUST see??

In Nassau, the straw market, queen's staircase, and best of all Atlantis in Paradise Island (over the bridge from Nassau). In St. Thomas, Maagen's Bay is a nice beach and you can snorkel, a catamaran sail/snorkel to Buck Island is great as well. The best is to take the ferry to Trunk Bay in St. John $6/pp, a cab to Trunk Bay $4.50/pp (bring a camera), $2/pp entrance to the beach. It is a beautiful white sand beach. Warm crystal clear water, self-guided snorkel tour (from the beach), fresh water showers, lockers, a place to rent snorkel gear, a couple of shops (buy in St. Thomas), and a snack bar. The shopping is good in St. Thomas if you are a shopper. St. Maarten is great for shopping. We did the America's cup racing the last time we were there and had a blast. We went on a land tour in Puerto Rico. There were tour guides at the dock and gave us the same tour that the cruise lines book for about half. They took us to old and new San Juan, the fort, and the shopping district. They even picked us up after shopping for 2 hours. We went on the land and sea tour in St. Martin. They took us to the Dutch and French side of the island. The semi-submersible boat was really cramped and we didn't really see anything. St. Martin has great shopping and restaurants and we feel that we should have skipped the excursion. In St. Thomas we did the Castaway Girl catamaran and snorkel and the parasailing. By far the best port and excursions. St. Thomas is beautiful and the water is crystal clear, so any water activity should be fun. In Nassau we did the stingray snorkel with RCCL. We got stuck on a private island for most of the day. I hope this was some help.
