In Nassau, the straw market, queen's staircase, and best of all Atlantis in Paradise Island (over the bridge from Nassau). In St. Thomas, Maagen's Bay is a nice beach and you can snorkel, a catamaran sail/snorkel to Buck Island is great as well. The best is to take the ferry to Trunk Bay in St. John $6/pp, a cab to Trunk Bay $4.50/pp (bring a camera), $2/pp entrance to the beach. It is a beautiful white sand beach. Warm crystal clear water, self-guided snorkel tour (from the beach), fresh water showers, lockers, a place to rent snorkel gear, a couple of shops (buy in St. Thomas), and a snack bar. The shopping is good in St. Thomas if you are a shopper. St. Maarten is great for shopping. We did the America's cup racing the last time we were there and had a blast. Hope this helps and have a wonderful cruise!
