Anyone going on Carnival Paradise july 31-aug-4

Hello,
What shore activites can you suggest for both Catalina and Ensenada? I am taking 3 kids. Are there planned shore activites for my teenagers to go on with kids there own age?
We are counting down!

We've always rented a golf cart..You can see the island while driving the golf cart. Our sons really enjoyed it...They were13 and 15 at the time.

Thanks! Sounds like a plan. My 16 year old has his drivers permit. Can he drive the golf cart if I am with him?
What about golfing on Catalina? My boys want to but my daughter and I want to shop. Can I leave them on the course alone. Sons are 14 and 16. Daughter 11.
