As a newbie, if you are looking for some good ideas for Key West and Cozumel - Check out the information about those ports at our sister site www.portreviews.com. In Key West I recommend the Trolley Tour and in Cozumel try San Francisco Beach, Panchos Backyard, and Carlos 'n Charlies.

The best advice I can give is you are going to see many things you will want to do. This would wear you out, so pick a few things that are at the top of your list to do and focus on those things. You can do the others next time you cruise, which more than likely will happen.

Let the crew do their job and they will take care of you and you will have a great time.

I am assuming you are sailing on carnival, based on the itinerary.

Advice I always give to CCL cruisers

24 HOUR PIZZA!!! TRY IT, ITS WONDERFUL

If you drink sodas, buy a fountain fun card it's worth if, and if you are really slick, you can buy one for two people and use it (doesnt have name or photo on it)

Early Dining!!! lets you see the early show, still get to the casino and night club. Sure, if you are in port, you may have to eat in the LIDO buffet, but so what, you will want to do that at least once on the cruise anyway.

Midnight buffets!!!

Also, Second night is always formal. Dress for church/wedding or nicer and you will be fine.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR EXTRA PORTIONS/SERVINGS. IF YOU FINISH ONE LOBSTER TAIL AND WANT ANOTHER, ASK!!!!!

They won't look at you funny or even care.

HAVE FUN!!!
