Canival Changed our Cruise

We were scheduled to go on the Carnival Elation in July out of San Diego. We were scheduled to go to Catalina Island and Ensanade. This was a 4 night cruise, nothing elaborate, just a nice get away. We received a letter from Carnival that they are changing thier schedules for this ship so now we're getting a 5 night cruise that will go to Cabo San Lucas and Ensanada for the same price as the 4 night cruise. I did have to call Carnival 4 times and spend almost 3 hours on the phone with them to get this all taken care of but it's worth getting the extra day on a cruise.

one time they changed my itenary.instead of going to Costa Maya,they moved it to grand cayman. we was not happy so we switched to another cruise ship,

What a sweet deal, wish I would have been booked on it. I've never lucked out and received an extra day for free. Timc, I would take Grand Cayman over Costa Maya any day of the week. Hope you enjoyed your cruise anyway.
