do not take water taxis at shore excursions

I posted this on the port chat, but I think maybe it needs posting here too. We were in nassau 2 weeks ago and decided to take a water taxi to the atlantis resort. They packed us in so tight that if the water taxi started taking water there was no way we would have gotten off safely. no way at all. and there were no life jackets that I saw. Stay off of the water taxis not just in the Bahamas but in all ports. A land taxi is much safer.

The Water Taxi in Nassau is a complete rip off.

You have to walk at least a half mile more to Atlantis. The land taxi takes you to the front entrance.
