Does anyone know if there are tissues in the stateroom? We leave in ten days and both my husband and I are experiencing Texas fall allergies. Should I bring a box just in case. Of course they may all clear up when we get out of Texas.
|
Yes, there are boxes of tissues in the bathrooms. But, I believe your allergies will clear up with the nice salt air - mine do.
|
rseymour, there are all kinds of amenities in a basket in your bathroom: toothpaste, razors, mouth wash, etc. even though they may not be the brand you prefer. There is also shampoo and body wash in a dispenser in the shower. We will not take shampoo next time! Have a great time.
PS. are you from Seymour, TX ? |
Good, I'm glad to know there are tissues. They seem such a bulking thing to pack.
P.S. No, I'm not from Seymour, we moved to Burnet from Houston 7 years ago. At least we don't get the Houston allergies anymore. |
Not only are there tissue, soap, shampoo, etc..but there is a hair dryer as well! Also, don't overpack beach/deck attire. It is very inexpensive on ship and at port and also without wrinkles! You'll be much happier packing lite and having room for a few souvenirs
|
Not all of the ships have hair dryers, so better check first before you leave it at home.
|
We didn't have a blow dryer on our ship the Ecstasy. But we had everything else that was already stated.
I remember now not sneezing or anything while out there. Your right. The wonderful open sea air and humidity must have stopped the allergy. That there folks is another reason to cruise!!! http://images7.fotki.com/v157/photos...xthumbs-vi.gif |
Hi,
Do they supply bathrobes in the staterooms? I have just had a tour of the Statendam here in Dunedin and they have robes in every room. is it the same with Carnivals ships? |
Yes, we had bathrobes too on the Carnival ships.
|
Does this include shorts and or capri pants?
