received passports today, took 17 days from mailing date of applications.

Glad to hear you got them fast,,, I know they are not "required" yet when you sail from a us port,,BUT if you ever got sick on a island or had to fly home frome a island or port,, you got trouble with out passport

I just read that one of the Grand Princess balcony jumpers left the cruise in Costa Maya for additional treatment and will fly home. Sure hope she has her passport.
