If you go to Carnival's website and do a search the various menus are available.

Carnival will give you a look at some sample menus that are nothing like the actual menus. You can try going to a website called Cruise Clues. They have menus there that are more realistic. Alot depends on how long your cruise is and which ship. The longer cruises have a more diversified menu.

The Georges Blanc menu that I checked out before cruising the celebration wasn't the same as the one we were presented with on formal night, so as they said, you can't really go by it. I can kinda remember our options on the celebration if you are interested.
