All inclusive cruises

We were on the Carnival Glory in Jan 2005 and some passengers claimed that there was an all inclusive tour package that was available. Has anyone else heard of this? A group of us are planning another cruise in Jan 2007 and it's an option we'd like to explore. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

I've never heard of Carnival having an all-inclusive package.
