For anyone going on the Elation you might want to track down a bartender Borislav Borisov. He recently won the "Barcardi Bartender Competition" held in Miami. His winning drink was "Mango Jerry", a concoction of Bacardi Razz flavored Rum, Bacardi Coco Flavored Rum, Mango Puree,Rum runner mix, and grenadine, poured in layers.
