Got a question for you guys. For our ladies cruise we have a choice between the fourth floor and pay 80 bucks more for an outside cabin or be on the 2nd floor and pay 80 bucks less, does the location of floor matter. all sets of rooms will be in the middle of the boat.

Personally I would go for the outside cabin. Is that an ocean view or balcony?

Although ships do have a floor (one) I don't want to get into keel-up shipbuilding minutiae.
Ships! Decks!
If the cabin is the same essential category (i.e. an outside is and outside regardless of the deck...they are usually identical cabins) then save your money and stay on deck 2. Actually the ride will be better closer to the water line anyway.

If the cabin types were the same, I would concur with Dave and say save the money.

Yes, when I said outside cabin I meant ocean view. I agree, I have had and inside and an ocean view and prefer the ocean view so much more

cupcake, if you prefer ocean view, what's $80, right? I say go for it. It's your vacation, after all. Enjoy it.
