dlmiller, if you want to chat with cruisers on the Sept. 15 Holiday, I would suggest you go to cruisecritic.com. You will have to join (no charge) to go to the roll calls and to post. After you go to the site and join, click on "boards" then "roll calls" then "Carnival" and then the Holiday and scroll for your date. You will see many postings by cruisers for that voyage, including some first timers. As I have said to others, cruise-chat is a friendly and great site for information, but does not have a large enough membership to get a roll call going.
Good luck and enjoy your first cruise. I refused to cruise for many years, but once I did, I became a cruisaholic. I did my first cruise two years ago, and am embarking on my sixth on August 16, and have three more booked!
