Has everyone stopped cruising?

I started a roll call for my Oct 28th cruise, going to belize, Colon, Panama and nobody answered me. Will I have this ship all to myself or is the passenger list a bunch of deadheads? I don't want to be alone on this cruise and will gladly offer to help anyone who is willing to populate this cruise.
I havent seen any current stats on cruising, and I'm just wondering if the change in the economy has effected the amount of passengers.
This is going to be an awesome cruise, only 86 days left to liftoff...lets go people>

Not that I can tell. Usually all of the ships sail full.

Dave, you aren't doing too bad yourself.

I only get to do one this year, I am shooting for two next year though. I may go on the Fascination from Jax in the spring for a short cruise, and then a longer one in the fall. Or hopefully on the Cruise-Chat cruise if we have one.

We will not be cruising on that ship, but plan to do a Carnival ship next year. We will be cutting down on Cost/days, but we still plan to go.

Cruising is in our blood.

When all you old timers tell me why you cruise ncl & rc all the time, I'll tell you why I'm leaving town at that time! All I've ever done is ccl. Am I missing something?

tompands-As long as you are on a cruise when you leave town-the cruiseline isn't as important! Different cruiselines offer different styles of cruising. Each ship is different from her sister ships(even in the same class)! Each cruise is a unique adventure. It is the cruise and the love of cruising that binds us all together!
Hopefully CCL will homeport their newest megaship-the Dream- in North Cakalaky to make your cruise travels easier to get to!
